Publisher Exhibits have always been a highlight of CATESOL conferences and attendees spend much time examining new materials offered by the publishers.   We hope you will be able to showcase your educational materials at this conference and look forward to working with you.

Exhibit Tables

You can rent as many tables as you need.  All tables are 6’ and each table can be rented for $200.  The cost includes two “Exhibitor” badges and one free lunch.  Additional lunches may be purchased for $10.  Please remember that we do not provide a table cloth.

Registration

To register go to our website and register as publisher.  You will be able to reserve your tables there and pay for them using a credit card.    However, if you decide to pay by check, please send checks to:

The deadline to reserve tables is April 9, 2018.  Cancellations following the April 9th deadline will be refunded only if another exhibitor is available to take over the reserved table or advertisement.

Program book ads

When you register as a publisher, you will see the information for ordering ads for our program booklet. The deadline to order ads is April 9, 2018.  If the advertisement is received after this date,we cannot guarantee that it will be in the program book.

Donations for Bags, Opportunity Drawing and Breakfast

In addition to your participation, we are seeking donations for an opportunity drawing that will be held at the end of the conference. This is another great opportunity to share one of the excellent teacher resource materials published by you.

​

We are also seeking donations that will be used to provide coffee and continental breakfast for all participants.  Publisher contributions for the continental breakfast will be acknowledged in the conference handbook.
